Rec - Series Review

Summary: REC tells the story of a young man called Matsumaru, he's got a dead end job at a company working in the advertising department, one night he gets stood up by a date, about to throw away the tickets he meets Onda Aka, a budding seiyuu (voice actress), later on Aka's house burns down leaving her homeless, so Matsumaru takes her in and their relationship begins... Well sort of.

My Opinion: This anime was great, I'm a sucker for Slice of Life anime and this show really did it for me, the animation was very original and colourfull, the music was great and so were the characters, the only complaint I have is about the length of the series, at only 9 12-15 minute episodes it felt far too short in my opinion, just as you really began to got into it it was time to wait another week for what was pretty much half of an episode, If it was a bit longer then I think it could have possibly jumped straight in in my top 10 anime's. But what we have here is an easy to watch, enjoyable, slice of life romance comedy show, this is definitely one to watch!
